The story of RT7 Beauty College begins with Scarlett Park, a beauty master
with over 30 years of experience in Korea and the United States.

After decades of working with students, stylists, and salon professionals, she realized that beauty education should go beyond technique
— it should build confidence, creativity, and identity.
RT7 was born from this vision: to create a space where students respect
differences, learn through personalized Beauty education, and discover
their unique artistic voices.

From Korea’s precision to America’s innovation, RT7 represents the harmony
