BeautyPlink (WIC) was founded in 2022 by Scarlett Park, who made a vow before God to live out the message of Isaiah 61 —
to bring healing, joy, and restoration through beauty and service.
Built on Faith, Creativity, and Community
Scarlett first opened RT7 Beauty Salon in 2009
with her brother Jun Park, and later established
RT7 Beauty College, RT7 Shopping Mall, and a
Christian bookstore — all rooted in faith and creativity.
